Our Mission, Vision and Values

About Christine

My journey began when I started studying Chinese Medicine in 2006. This was where I saw and experienced first hand the transformative effect of wholistic medicine bridging into clinical practice, forever reshaping my perspective on how I assess and treat my clients. Every day, I am inspired by the body's extraordinary and often underestimated ability to repair itself. I am endlessly fascinated by the intuitive wisdom held within our cells, their memory and their capacity for truly amazing things. I am also a self-confessed nerd for fascia, its ever-fascinating qualities, and its unique ability to change its molecular structure with applied heat, pressure, and time.

My work as a therapist is to facilitate a clear pathway, empowering my clients to unlock their own innate potential, alchemise it, and integrate it into their daily lives. I cannot emphasise enough my commitment to client-centred care. To me, this means active listening, genuine empathy, and crafting a customised experience tailored to your unique needs, rather than a generic protocol. The concept of "Repair, Realign, Rise" came originally from my practice when it was born, it represents a deeply personal journey of transmutation that I, too, am undergoing. This is my calling, and I look forward to sharing it with you.

I also want to thank you for your enduring patience while I navigate my Advanced Diploma and transition from Kaizen Healing Arts to Kaizen Myotherapy. This change is truly an evolution rather than a severing of my professional identity. I love that the foundation of my practice was forged in the healing arts; however, it is so much more than that now, and I wanted my new name to reflect this clinical growth accordingly.
